Fireball BBQ Sauce is a bold blend that combines smoky BBQ flavors with the warm, spicy kick of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. Perfect for grilling, marinating, or dipping, this sauce adds a unique, fiery twist to any dish, delivering a sweet heat that’s sure to ignite your taste buds.
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add ketchup, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
Taste the sauce and add salt to suit your preference. Adjust the sweetness or heat by adding more brown sugar or cayenne pepper if desired.

Even though the sauce is simmered, some alcohol from the Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey may remain. Be mindful if serving to individuals who avoid alcohol.
