- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup of red onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- Salt and black pepper to taste

In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped red onion. Sauté until garlic and onion turn into brown.
In a blender or food processor, combine chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with fresh raspberries. Blend until smooth.
Add the raspberry chipotle mixture to the saucepan with sautéed garlic and onions. Stir in ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and molasses.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over low heat. Let it simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
