Instructions
In a medium saucepan, mix together the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and your chosen sugar-free sweetener.
Place the saucepan on medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
For an extra smoky taste, stir in the optional liquid smoke. Adjust the salt and additional seasonings according to your taste.
Remove from heat and let the sauce cool. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
