Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar. Whisk these ingredients together until well blended.
  • Add Dijon mustard, prepared horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce. These ingredients will add depth and complexity to your sauce.
  • Stir in garlic powder and onion powder, black pepper and salt, and cayenne pepper. If you prefer a slightly sweeter sauce, add brown sugar.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until the sauce is smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no lumps.
  • Taste your sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more vinegar for tanginess, more sugar for sweetness, or more cayenne pepper for extra heat.
  • Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together.

You can allow the sauce to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving helps the flavors to meld together. For an even more pronounced taste, prepare it a day in advance.
